No light from LEDs or only some LEDs work or the LEDs strobe

  1. Check that the LO BAT led above the switch illuminates briefly and then goes out.
    1. If it stays on, it means the batteries are below the threshold voltage to make the light work. Change the batteries.
    2. If changing batteries does not work, call 800-284-7655 and we can triage the light before you send it back for repair.
  2. If the battery cover is broken, email info@www.venoscope.com and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
  3. DO NOT BREAK OPEN THE CASE. THIS VOIDS THE WARRANTY AND WE CANNOT PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AGAIN.

NT01 Issues

  1. If the nut on the plug for the NT01 is missing, return the light to us and we will repair it and return it at no charge. Please ask the users to quit turning the nut. It can break the internal wires off the PC board and render it un-repairable.
  2. If only the white or only the red LEDs work, you may have a broken wire inside the cable. If you have another cable that works, try it on the light and if it works, your cable (NTLC) needs to be replaced. You can order the NTLC online at www.www.venoscope.com or email your Purchase Order to info@www.venoscope.com.
  3. If you have new batteries but the little red LED above the switch is off when you activate the switch, return the light to Venoscope and we will change the switch and test it before returning it to you, at no charge.
  4. DO NOT BREAK OPEN THE CASE. THIS VOIDS THE WARRANTY AND WE CANNOT PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AGAIN.
